Please try to follow our Owners Manual step by step and read the appropriate support page before contacting us by E-mail or phone.
E-mails are not an efficient way to resolve a question, it may take several messages back and forth before we even figure out the nature of your problem.
Telephone support is usually quicker, especially if you are at your station.
If you call or email PLEASE tell use which step of our manual you ran into a problem. If you have determined that your West Mountain Radio product is damaged or defective, please complete our OnLine RMA form and get an RMA number assigned before you return it for service.
