Battery Chart

Follow these instructions to see the typical hours of use you can expect from different batteries:

  1. Fill out the form with your radio setup.
  2. After filling out the form, pick your Operating Mode line (SSB, CW, FM) in the line graph below.
  3. Find the point at which your Operating Mode line intersects with your % Time Transmitting.
  4. The row to the right of that point in the Typical Hours of Use chart will give you the value for a particular battery.
